Shutday overview
Remote work rarely announces when it is over. Shutday gives you a deliberate last lap: unload, prep tomorrow, reflect, and close the laptop with intention.
Built for people who carry work into the kitchen. Shutday lives on your device — rituals, notes, and streaks stay private to you.
See how it worksWhat Shutday does
Three habits in one evening flow.
-
Guided shutdown ritual
Brain-dump, sort tomorrow, reflect, and run a short desk checklist before you slide to shut down work for the night.
-
Work thoughts inbox
Capture after-hours worries with Save for tomorrow so your evening stays clear without reopening work apps.
-
Boundary patterns
See shutdown streaks, boundary score, and weekly consistency so you notice when evenings start to slip.
Evening in three frames
Mood, movement, and tomorrow’s gentle setup.
Built for remote endings
Shutday is not another task manager. It is the opposite of opening one more tab: a short ritual that tells your nervous system the shift is real. Streaks and patterns nudge you when Sundays start feeling like Thursdays.
Everything you write during shutdown stays on your iPhone or iPad unless you choose to export it. We do not run ads in the app and we do not sell your ritual data.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 7 November 2026
Mylakizonkahaitov LLC (“we”, “us”) publishes Shutday. This policy describes how the Shutday mobile application handles information when you use it on your device.
Shutday does not require you to create an account. We do not collect personal data such as your name, email address, or precise location through the app itself. Ritual entries, thoughts you save for tomorrow, checklist progress, and pattern statistics are stored locally on your device using on-device storage provided by Apple’s platforms.
We do not use third-party advertising SDKs inside Shutday, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes. If you contact us by email, we receive the message you send and our reply; we use that correspondence only to answer your request and retain it only as long as needed for support.
Apple may process limited diagnostic or crash data according to your device settings if you opt in to share analytics with developers through Apple’s systems. That data is governed by Apple’s privacy documentation, not by a separate Shutday server, because Shutday does not operate its own analytics backend.
Because your content remains on your device, you control it: deleting the app removes locally stored Shutday data unless you have backed up your device with that data included. Updates to Shutday may add features; we will update this policy on this page when practices change materially.

Support
We are glad Shutday is part of your evening. If something does not work as expected — a ritual step that will not advance, missing streak data after an update, or accessibility feedback — write to us and we will help.
When you email, include your device model and iOS version if you know them, plus a short description of what you tried and what happened. Screenshots are welcome. We aim to respond within a few business days.
